Had a fantastic time at the CCA Spring Rotating Specialty last weekend! I took 3 lovely dogs with me. Saturday in longs, I showed Tina Ortiz's lovely black and tan boy "Lily's Thunder in the Distance" - Raiden in the 9-12 month puppy class and he was 2nd of 5. He just hit 9 months old last weekend! I'm SO proud of how well he behaved. We both had a blast and he makes me look so good! In the BOV ring I showed my little bred-by man CH Wyatt - "True Shot's Why So Blue", and we didn't do anything but I will always be so very proud of my little man! The judge commented he was one of the youngest in the ring, so maybe a couple years to mature before we're ready for National level competition It was still fun to show him to you all.
Then Sunday, I showed Valerie Haas Chis's SC girl Arizona - "Haas's Life is a Highway, Arizona", and she was 2nd of 5 in Open bitches behind the lovely girl who won WB! So proud of my crew! They all showed wonderfully for me. Then, to top off the weekend, I showed Donna Schroeder's lovely boy, Schroeder's RJB Dave, who had taken WD, for her in the BOV ring, since she was on her special, and Dave won BOW! We had a great time, Thanks so much Donna for letting me show your boy!
Every time I attend a Chihuahua Specialty I am reminded of one of the reasons I love this breed so very much. All my wonderful supportive chihuahua friends. You all never cease to make each event a great time! I'm so glad to have spent the weekend with you, and huge congratulations to all the winners! See you again soon, I hope.
